Threads measure 3.1" outside diameter. This is a special Energy Efficient design, a 2 pole and 6 pole 2-speed where the low speed runs at only 1150 RPM and draws only 1.0 amp in low speed.

used by Cal Spas, Sundance Spas and Jacuzzi Spas, A nice replacement for old Power Right PRC-505 pumps and others.

This is an original, new, genuine LX WUA400-2/6 and labelled as 4.0 horsepower, when it is shipped to Sundance Spa, Jacuzzi Spas, and other, they mark it up as a 6 horsepower, but it is still a 12 amp motor doing 12 amps of work. Real output is always measured by volts x amps = watts, so this is a 2760 watt pump and can be stickered as 4hp, 5hp, 6hp, and even 7hp but the stickers do not change the performance.

This has a permanently affixed, welded steel mounting bracket under the motor, it is not the clamp on sliding mount type used by Jacuzzi.

This is a 12 amp 230 volt 2760 watt motor originally labelled as 4.0hp by the LX factory by it is often 'uprated' by hot tub makers, and re-sticked as 5hp, 6hp, 7hp, etc., but it is still a 12 amp pump.

The welded steel base under the motor is not removable. This is NOT the special Sundance/Jacuzzi motor with their special Patented moveable base, this is the original design with permanently mounted, welded base.
