Hydro-Quip / Therm Products 26-C3160-2S 73791 Low Flow Spa Heater. 3/4" barb connections. 240V 4.0kW 26C31602S

This is an aftermarket, Hydro-Quip manufactured, replacement for the various 73791 versions of Watkins/Hot Spring/Tiger River/Hot Spot/Caldera OEM Heaters. Also for the Laing Tri-bend heater. Replaces p/n 73791 and others. Titanium elements. Includes a retrofit kit from Hydro-Quip with sensor connectors and hose extension parts.

This heater includes 2 sensors with new style 4-pin sensor plugs (2002+) and an auto-reset high limit.

Heater does not contain connection for a pressure switch. Utilize Watkins jumper (72768) to bypass

Replaces old No-Fault Spa Heaters for 1995+ Hot Spring/Watkins - 4kW Titanium w/ Sensors- 73791

This After Market replacement heater assembly, replaces old low flow No-Fault heaters manufactured for IQ2000 1995-2002 Watkins Hot Springs and Tiger River Spas & Limelight Series.
This version does not include the small gray cable that powers an internal pressure switch. See image for details

Like any flothru spa heater it must never see a lack of flow or air in the system with the heater on, it will 'dry-fire' and burn out and test open for resistance and Hydro-Quip warranty will not cover open, dry-fire abuse.
