Blemished. See second photo please showing only 1 screw holding the dust cover in place at the rear

of the motor. The area the screw attaches to was stripped and broken off. One screw is plenty good enough to

hold this small cover in place. The cover and 1 screw is what you'll receive with this fully tested pump and motor.

3721221-1D Waterway Executive Spa Pump 2-speed, 230V, 10.0/3.4A 3hp Executive 56 frame 3hp 6.5" diameter Threaded connections are both 3.1" outside diameter (meant for 2" pvc pipe size) 2" SD/CS. High performance Water Way Hot Tub Pump, very strong A.O. Smith motor, split capacitor design, double shielded ball bearings. Viton Seals, has 3.1" outside diameter threads on inlet and outlet. Massage Master XLT,3721221-0D87, PF-40-2N22C, 3721221-1D5ACT, 3721221-0DBMR, and other part numbers were used on this pump.

Motor has wiring diagram showing high, low, and common motor terminals. Green is ground, white is common. High and low colors, red or black are determined by your spa control, not the motor. Fasten the high speed wire to the high speed terminal and similarly, low to low.

A special note on Waterway Model Numbers: model numbers are not as precise as part numbers on the spa pumps by Waterway. Example, pumps labelled PF-30-2N22C can be 12.0 amps or 10.0 amps

PF-30-2N22C can refer to an Executive pump with 3.7 inch intake threads or 3.1 inch.
So..... model PF-30-2N22C can found on at least 4 different pumps. It is recommended you check the amps
rating on your motor, and note the thread sizes on the intake and discharge, and call us to verify if you are
