These sometime ship with big 6 slot base under the
motor and sometimes with 4 slot standard slot base depending on
availability of motors at the time. Be aware that Waterway is transitioning to their own new motor series for this pump as of Oct '24 they will ship with the new ME-40226 series motors, same specs, same identical Viper wet end.
